The rules for using this website, and a plain summary of how an order works. Your written quote is the document that governs an actual order.

Who we are

This website is operated by Feed the Underdog LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, USA. Contact: info@feedtheunderdog.com.

The site describes our products and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a set price. An order only exists once you accept a written quote from us and the deposit is paid.
Product images are 3D renders of the designs. Finished garments are made to the approved sample.
We keep the site accurate but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Site content, including the FEED marks, lettering and photographs, may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

These mirror the terms printed on every written quote. If this summary and your quote differ, the quote wins.

Minimum: 15 pieces per style. Smaller runs are quoted on request.
Deposit: 40% deposit on every order to start production. Balance before shipment.
Lead time: About 3 weeks from your written approval of a pre-production sample, plus freight.
Delivery: DAP (delivered at place): freight to your address is on the quote. Duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer as importer of record. Each quote carries an estimated landed cost line; it is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Origin: Made in Vietnam. The commercial invoice carries the HS code and country of origin.
Defects: Report manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery, with photos.
Use: Shorts are sold for training use. No garment is represented as approved for competition by United World Wrestling or any other governing body.
Artwork: You confirm you have the right to use any marks or artwork you send us. Your team designs stay yours, and we do not resell them.
