Privacy notice
What this website collects, what happens to a quote request, and how to reach us about it.
Who runs this site
feedtheunderdog.com is run by Feed the Underdog LLC, a limited liability company organized in New Mexico, USA. For anything on this page, write to info@feedtheunderdog.com.
The short version
- No cookies. The site does not set any.
- No accounts, no logins, no payment details taken on the site.
- No analytics or advertising trackers are running today.
- The quote form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app.
The quote form
When you press Send request, the form builds an email addressed to info@feedtheunderdog.com and hands it to the email app on your device. Nothing is stored on this website. We only receive the details if you choose to send that email.
A request can contain: your team or organization, sport, approximate quantity, a date you need the order by, your name, your email address and anything you write in the message box. Your email provider also shows us your email address and the time you sent it.
How we use what you send
- To reply, draw the piece and prepare a written quote.
- If you order: to produce, invoice and ship the order. Production details such as sizes, colours and names printed on garments go to our partner factories in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Delivery details go to the freight carrier.
- To keep business and tax records for as long as the law requires.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which stores the messages on our behalf.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google states that the Fonts API does not set cookies.
Analytics
No analytics run on this site today. If we add them, we will use a cookieless tool that counts visits in aggregate without identifying you, and we will update this page before it goes live.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@feedtheunderdog.com. We may keep records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes.
Young athletes
This site is for coaches, clubs, schools and federations. It is not directed at children under 13, and quote requests should come from an adult responsible for the team.
